The DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in accelerating delivery speed, enhancing code quality and security, and optimizing development processes. This position focuses on identifying bottlenecks in development and deployment workflows, collaborating with team members to improve efficiency, and supporting developers through infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and developers to assess existing problems and propose process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks in coding, development, and deployment processes.
• Participate in planning initiatives to improve delivery timelines, code quality, and process efficiency.
• Implement coding standardizations and automate organizational processes.
• Conduct daily tasks such as environmental health checks, disk space monitoring, and status reporting.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of platform configuration management and troubleshooting.
• Deploy application artifacts to target environments using supported technologies.
• Gather feedback from developers to understand pain points in coding and development.
• Work with the DevOps team to deliver consistent and holistic solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong coding and scripting skills (Bash, Perl, PowerShell).
