Capgemini is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Platform Architect to define target-state architecture, migrations from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services and GitHub, and establish governance and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate leads with hands-on expertise across Azure services and enterprise-scale transformations, guiding teams on security, governance, and scalable automation.

Qualifications

  • Experience architecting and leading Azure DevOps platforms at scale.
  • Proficient with GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong CI/CD, DevSecOps, release management, and YAML based automation.
  • IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Hands-on with core Azure services (App Service, AKS, Key Vault, SQL, Monitor).
  • Understanding of identity, security, RBAC, and governance for DevOps.
  • Experience with REST APIs, scripting, and automation for platform integrations.
  • Led enterprise migrations and modernization of DevOps platforms.

Responsibilities

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Platform Architect with deep expertise across the Azure DevOps ecosystem, including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, Security, Governance, and Integrations.
  • The candidate should also have working knowledge of core Azure services used in cloud deployments and automation.
  • The ideal candidate will assess current-state environments, define target-state Azure DevOps architecture, lead migrations from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services and GitHub, establish governance and DevSecOps practices, and support Azure deployment automation through CI/CD pipelines.
Required Experience

  • Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Azure DevOps expert who can advise on platform architecture, migrations, CI/CD, security, governance, and integrations, while also being comfortable with core Azure services, infrastructure as code, and automated cloud deployments."

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$130000- $150000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
