Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Solution Architect to design AI-powered solutions and scalable enterprise apps at scale. You will lead workshops, demos and innovation sessions while collaborating with Microsoft teams to deliver tangible business value.

You will bring 12+ years in IT with 3+ in consulting or cloud architecture, deep hands-on skills in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and LangChain, and strong stakeholder communication knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in consulting, cloud architecture or low-code delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent frameworks and MCP/A2A protocols.
  • Strong skills in Python, C#, TypeScript and LangChain.
  • Experience with Azure services, API integrations, DevOps, CI/CD and ALM.
  • Azure AI, Power Platform and GitHub Copilot architect certifications preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial Services domain experience is highly desirable.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft AI technologies.

  • Design and build scalable enterprise applications using low-code and pro-code frameworks.

  • Develop POCs and MVPs leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Microsoft Foundry.

  • Lead customer workshops, demos, presentations, and innovation sessions.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft Sales and Engineering teams to deliver business value.

  • Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for AI adoption.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in consulting, cloud architecture, or low-code delivery.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$130,000 - $160,000/Annum

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
