Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Data Solutions Architect in the United States to lead data platform design and analytics across client engagements. You will oversee data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and ML-enabled analytics while mentoring a team of data analysts and consultants.

You will apply expertise in Azure Data Platform, data governance, and regulatory requirements related to BSA/AML to deliver compliant, insightful solutions.

Qualifications

• Data analytics and regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 7–10 years building data platforms and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on BI platforms and oversee data pipelines and analytics
• Lead design and deployment of data pipelines and reporting frameworks
• Apply advanced analytics, ML, and statistical methods to detect anomalies
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulations
• Mentor a team of data analysts and consultants
• Collaborate across functions to embed data insights into strategy
• Translate regulatory requirements into analytics strategies
• Contribute to client proposals and represent the firm at events
