Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC is seeking a Data Analytics Developer in our Consulting Practice to design and implement data visualization and reporting solutions. You will retrieve data using SQL and leverage Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools to translate insights into intuitive visual stories.

You will collaborate across teams, work on Azure data pipelines, and contribute to analytics-driven strategies that improve operational visibility and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlikview.
• Experience with SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, PL-SQL, MySQL etc.), including the creation of complex views, stored procedures, functions and/or packages.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures.
• Understanding of dimension modelling and data warehouse concepts.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and familiar with one of the ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Informatica etc.
• Experience with the end users and business teams on analytics needs.
• High comfort level working on multiple simultaneous assignments and dealing with assignment priority changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines within a global data lake and data warehouse environment in Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices to elicit and refine requirements through iterative planning and delivery.
• Develop robust, scalable solutions for collecting and analyzing large data sets.
• Design logical data models and their physical schema design.
• Deliver and improve prioritized data assets that enable analytics, reporting and visualization.
• Identify data quality issues and support data governance initiatives.
• 3-5 years of experience
• Has a passion for data, reporting and analytics
