Job summary

Value Innovation Labs seeks an experienced Computer Specialist to support the HEAP application in a hybrid environment leveraging Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Synapse Analytics and on-premises services.

You will work on data integration, reporting and production support, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize queries, monitor performance and ensure payment processing cycles run smoothly. 4+ years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Advanced SQL Queries, Stored Procedures & optimization.
• Data Warehousing, ETL & Data Integration.
• Real-time, Scheduled & Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Production Support, Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning.
• Security & Access Control.
• Post-go-live production support and system stabilization.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot application, data & integration issues.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support payment processing and monthly/annual payment cycles.
• Develop reports, dashboards, queries and data extracts using Synapse/SQL.
• Data validation and reconciliation. Implement system enhancements, changes and fixes.
• Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Maintain system architecture, data-flow and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
