Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Azure Data Engineer in Collegeville, PA to design, build, and maintain data pipelines on the Microsoft Azure platform. The role focuses on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Azure data services to enable seamless data flow and robust data processing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ADLS, and SAP SuccessFactors APIs, plus strong SQL skills and ETL/ELT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ADLS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Ability to develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

• Create ingestion processes utilizing SAP SuccessFactors APIs, OData APIs, and other integration mechanisms.

• Develop data transformation solutions using Azure Databricks and PySpark, and manage data within ADLS and data warehouses.
