Job summary

Quisitive seeks an experienced Azure Coach to lead architecture, governance, and operations for enterprise clients. You will align cloud strategy with business goals, drive modernization, and mentor teams. This remote role spans the US, with focus on secure, scalable Azure environments and cost optimization.

You will guide customers on landing zones, policy, RBAC, and advanced security, while championing IaC, automation, and DevOps practices across Azure services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or technology consulting.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure environments.
• Enterprise-scale Azure solutions across networking, identity, security, governance, compute, storage, monitoring, and platform services.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Azure Monitor, and backup/recovery.
• Hybrid-cloud, multi-subscription, multi-region architectures with ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Azure Firewall.
• Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Strong cloud operations, incident management, change management, and managed services delivery.
• Experience leading customer-facing architecture engagements with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Azure advisory and architecture engagements.
• Design, secure, and optimize enterprise Azure environments for clients.
• Lead governance, landing zones, policy, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Mentor consultants and engineers; evolve runbooks and templates.
• Drive Azure Well‑Architected reviews and operational improvements.
• Coach customers and teams to improve cloud maturity and outcomes.
