Job summary

Streamline WorkComp is seeking a Systems Administrator II to own core cloud and on-prem infrastructure in a hybrid Jacksonville environment. You will manage Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, and Intune, while supporting hardware, network, and VOIP services to keep operations secure and reliable.

The role blends hands-on IT tasks with strategic administration, offering growth toward senior infrastructure roles within a dynamic cloud-focused IT team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration or IT support.
• Experience with Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Experience with Intune and Azure environments.
• Ability to travel to Jacksonville data center as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure Virtual Desktop and hosted/cloud servers.
• Manage Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Configure endpoint policies via Intune.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support.
• Support VOIP and data center tasks.
