Job summary

KPMG LLP in Montvale, NJ seeks an Associate Director, Cloud Solution Architect (Azure & IaC Specialist) to lead secure, scalable Azure workloads and cross-platform integrations for the Workbench AI platform.

You will define IaC standards with Terraform, guide DevOps/MLOps practices, and design hybrid networks including ExpressRoute and Azure Virtual WAN, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning roadmaps with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Azure architecture experience with professional credentials or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus
• Proven Terraform expertise to manage complex, multi-subscription Azure landscapes
• Strong knowledge of software-defined networking, routing, DNS, load balancing, and private endpoints
• Experience leading large cloud delivery teams and mentoring engineers
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision, strategy, and design of secure, scalable enterprise Azure workloads and cross-platform integrations
• Define and enforce global IaC standards using Terraform with SDLC governance and DevOps/MLOps practices
• Architect and manage hybrid-cloud networks (ExpressRoute, Azure Virtual WAN, hub-and-spoke VNets) and secure connectivity
• Design secure API integrations using Azure APIM and OAuth for Workbench, incorporating Azure security tooling
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams across engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps to execute complex implementations
• Serve as the technical authority to align business goals with Azure roadmaps while applying Azure Policies and FinOps for cost/security
