Converge is seeking a Security Engineer (Cloud) to secure and optimize Azure cloud environments. You will collaborate with platform, engineering, and security teams to implement guardrails, identity controls, and compliant security practices. The role emphasizes hands-on Azure security expertise and scalable cloud governance.

The position requires designing secure landing zones, enforcing policies, and maintaining detection and response capabilities while supporting IaC-based deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on cloud security experience.
• Experience implementing Azure security controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud security guardrails across Azure environments.
• Develop landing zone architectures with policies and governance.
• Configure encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to review architectures and harden cloud networks.
• Perform cloud security posture reviews and remediation planning.
