Job summary

Truveta in Bellevue/Seattle seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Security Engineer to design and secure Azure cloud infrastructure, automate provisioning, and support AI/ML workloads. The role requires deep cloud networking, security expertise, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The position is based in the greater Seattle area at our Bellevue office, with onsite responsibilities and a strong emphasis on security, governance, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of public cloud networking & security design, implementation & support.
• 5+ years of automation in Azure Cloud Networking / Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD pipelines (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, YAML).
• 5+ years of network security practices in on-premises or cloud environments.
• Experience managing Windows Desktop OS, MacOS at scale; Intune and Jamf familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud-based infrastructure using IaC and automation.
• Manage Azure networking, firewalls, VPNs, and policies for secure, scalable AI/ML workloads.
• Secure AKS clusters, containers, and images.
• Enforce Azure security policies and access controls.
• Automate provisioning and deployments to increase efficiency.
• Monitor resources, troubleshoot issues, and perform postmortems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and external teams to deliver cloud solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews and share best practices.
• Evaluate new security features and cost-optimized implementations.
