Job summary
NTT DATA North America is seeking a CLSS L2 Support - Azure Cloud & MS-SQL to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This remote role focuses on Azure cloud services, SQL Server operations, and 24x7 support across US locations.
You will monitor Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and SQL Server jobs; perform backups/restores; manage patching and health checks; and escalate complex issues to L3/DBA while delivering knowledge-base articles for recurring problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud IT support, preferably cloud or infrastructure.
- 4-6 years of experience working with SQL Server in support or operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Alerts with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Investigate resource utilization (CPU, RAM, storage, network).
- Identify recurring incidents and suggest automation.
- Incident & Request Handling for L1 escalations.
- Maintenance & Patching of VMs/resources.
- Database Monitoring & Health Checks for SQL Server.
