Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC in Florida is seeking a Senior IT Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Azure and hybrid infrastructure. You will lead projects, develop standards, and act as an escalation point for complex incidents.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of systems engineering experience, deep Windows/Linux, VMware, and storage skills, plus hands-on automation with PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of systems engineering or enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux environments and enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Experience with storage area networks, backup systems, and high-availability configurations.
• Proficiency with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible).
• Strong knowledge of systems performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure security.
• Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or equivalent certification required.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable, secure Azure infrastructure solutions based on requirements.
• Engineer Azure compute, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, identity integration, and governance.
• Lead hybrid integration across Azure, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware.
• Diagnose complex issues involving performance, availability, storage latency, networking, and authentication.
• Design automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI, Terraform, ARM templates, JSON, YAML, CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code modules, deployment patterns, and automated validation controls.
• Establish technical standards for availability, resiliency, security, monitoring, patching, backup, DR, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze Azure utilization, performance, and cost data and recommend rightsizing and architecture improvements.
• Lead medium to large infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and operational transition.
• Create and review architecture diagrams, design documents, and recovery procedures.
• Mentor engineers and identify modernization opportunities.
