Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Azure Engineer to design and deploy landing zones in Microsoft Azure using Terraform. The role includes provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security, with a focus on automation and IaC best practices.

The candidate will analyze existing standards and governance to implement improvements, deploy IaC through Azure DevOps pipelines, and manage security controls and lifecycle automation across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Azure engineering experience.
• Experience deploying IaC with Terraform on Azure.
• Proficient with Git for source control management.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement landing zone architecture in Azure using Terraform for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, governance and security.
• Analyze existing standards, processes and governance to identify improvements.
• Develop IaC using Terraform to ensure automated, consistent deployments.
• Deploy IaC via Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Manage security and access controls for cloud solutions.
• Automate processes and lifecycle management of infrastructure.
