Job summary

Alvarez Technology Group (ATG) is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, administer, secure, and continuously improve Microsoft cloud environments. You will work hands-on with Azure and Microsoft 365, handling identity, endpoint management, data governance, and DevOps responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience engineering and administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Windows endpoint security controls.
• Experience with Sentinel, Defender, and Purview capabilities.
• Production experience with IaC and DevOps tooling (Terraform, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Strong PowerShell automation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate security/compliance requirements into technical controls and evidence.
• Experience supporting audits, assessments, and regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of CMMC/NIST/CIS/GLBA/FFIEC frameworks.
• Clear communication with engineers, customers, auditors, and leadership.
