Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Tampa, FL with deep Microsoft Azure expertise to design, implement, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on building scalable and highly available Azure environments while driving automation, governance, security, and operational excellence across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Azure infrastructure experience.
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise cloud networking solutions.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting hybrid identity and access management solutions.
• Expertise in Azure security, governance, and compliance controls.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Scripting with PowerShell and Azure CLI.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure compute, storage, and networking solutions.
• Implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Support hybrid cloud environments and connectivity between on-premises and Azure resources.
• Configure and maintain Azure networking services and governance controls.
• Establish and enforce Azure governance, RBAC, and security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and cloud governance frameworks.
