iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer II to deliver proactive, secure, and standardized operational support for customer environments within its 24x7x365 Managed Services Division. The role focuses on Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure, emphasizing availability, security, automation, and customer outcomes.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience administering Azure in production, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure in production environments, preferably within a managed services or multi-customer support model.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and identity services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality operational support for managed Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments using standardized processes and runbooks.
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated incidents and problems, driving timely resolution and permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor health, availability, capacity, and performance of cloud infrastructure and services, identifying and resolving issues before business impact.
