Job summary

Children’s Hospital Association is seeking an IT Cloud Engineer to design and implement Azure-based infrastructure for centrally managed applications. You will automate, monitor, and maintain SaaS/IaaS/PaaS solutions while collaborating with agile teams to drive SDLC readiness and production deployment.

You’ll bring hands‑on Azure experience, Terraform coding, and a proactive security mindset to support scalable, reliable cloud platforms across dev, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or health care related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform.
• 2+ years coding with Terraform.
• 2+ years in infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for CHA’s centrally managed apps.
• Deploy, automate, monitor, and maintain SaaS/IaaS/PaaS on Azure.
• Build and optimize automated build‑test‑deploy workflows (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Develop scalable cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates.
• Design secure, scalable data platform solutions in Azure (compute, networking, storage).
• Support containerization with Docker; manage deployments across AKS or Azure Container Apps.
