Vaco by Highspring is seeking an IT Cloud Administrator in Ann Arbor, MI to lead cloud-based Azure infrastructure initiatives, maintain security and compliance, and partner with business units to deliver scalable IT solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in IT with 4+ years in Azure engineering, experience managing Azure tenants and licensing, and strong vendor management skills. Growth-ready, on-site position with on-call duties.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of cloud/Azure-based engineering experience.
• Experience managing Azure tenants and licensing.
• Experience with vendor management and SLAs.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with IT management to maintain cloud-based Azure services to support operations.
• Administer cloud-based systems including servers, identity management, configuration management, and security.
• Assist in evaluating existing IT and business technology systems and maintain technical roadmaps.
• Develop technical solutions with IT and business units for cloud-based and terrestrial environments.
• Provide end-user support by resolving help desk requests.
• Ensure cloud services have disaster recovery capabilities and business continuity plans.
• Participate in annual IT budgeting and cost forecasting.
• Maintain patching, updates, and upgrades for systems.
• Document systems and cross-train staff to ensure operational continuity.
• Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.
