Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise technology environments.
• Hands-on with Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows endpoint administration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, patch management, backup/recovery, and infrastructure support.
• Background leading technology implementations or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows endpoints, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage Azure resources, file services, backup solutions, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and patch management processes.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint-related projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support operational excellence across enterprise platforms.
