Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10+ years in software development with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience in full-stack development of enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Azure-based solutions: Design scalable, secure, and reliable applications using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and serverless offerings.
• Application modernization: Lead the refactoring and migration of legacy systems to Azure cloud platforms.
• Technical leadership: Serve as the senior lead for modernization efforts with cloud-native design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide development teams through code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management: Work with product managers and business analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Performance and security oversight: Ensure applications meet performance, availability, security, and compliance standards.
• Documentation and architecture governance: Develop architecture specifications, decision records, and conduct architecture reviews.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on Azure and Microsoft tech and adopt new patterns and tools.
• CI/CD and automation: Implement automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring using Azure DevOps.
• Standardization: Establish development standards and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
