Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in the Chicago area to manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance, with on-call support and infrastructure improvements.

You will automate provisioning with PowerShell and Terraform, administer Intune, Entra ID, and Cisco Meraki integrations, and ensure backup and disaster recovery readiness across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering Azure cloud environments and M365.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backups, and security best practices.
• Certifications such as AZ-104/AZ-700/MS-102 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure cloud and Windows Server environment for reliability and security.
• Manage M365 workloads including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Implement and maintain backup, DR, and security controls.
• Automate provisioning with PowerShell and Terraform.
• Monitor through Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights.
• Lead infrastructure improvement projects and participate in on-call support.
