Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Azure Cloud Systems Engineer in Suitland, MD to design, implement, and maintain enterprise Azure architecture supporting Zero Trust tools, identity services, and security monitoring platforms. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience with Azure engineering, automation, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Azure engineering, including automation and cloud-native architectures.
• Cloud platform management, deployment, and monitoring (AWS, Azure).
• Skilled with PowerShell, Python, ARM/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting RMF and cloud security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Azure resource groups, subscriptions, networking, virtual machines, identity integrations, and cloud baselines.
• Design hybrid-cloud integration supporting on-premises and cloud-based Zero Trust platforms.
• Provide cloud architecture documentation, diagrams, integration schemas, and operational support.
• Implement automation, monitoring, security baselines, and cloud compliance standards.
