Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking an Azure Business Analyst to support cloud service operations, billing analysis, and business process improvement for federal clients. The role requires an active Secret clearance and bridges technical Azure capabilities with business objectives.

You will collect invoices, prepare usage reports, track funding, price requests, and help define requirements and MOAs while collaborating with internal teams and federal customers to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years in information technology.
• At least three years writing technical documents.
• Minimum three years in a client-facing role; federal clients preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect CSP invoice documents and detailed billing reports with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly CSP usage reports for program offices and stakeholders.
• Track contract funding balances and billing periods for compliance.
• Price customer requests using Azure pricing calculators and other tools.
• Participate in CSP and acquisition proposal content development as needed.
• Manage MOA documentation: creation, tracking, updates.
• Help build and improve business processes, workflows, data collection, and metrics.
