Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced AWS Business Analyst to support cloud service operations, billing analysis, and business process improvement for our government customers.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical cloud environments and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in a IT-related role.
• 3+ years writing technical documents.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role; federal clients preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collect CSP invoice documents and detailed billing reports for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly CSP usage reports for program offices and stakeholders using AWS tools.
• Track funding balances and billing periods for compliance and accountability.
• Price customer requests using AWS pricing calculators and tools.
• Assist in CSP and acquisition proposal content development.
• Manage MOA documentation including creation, tracking, and updates.
• Improve business processes, workflows, data collection, and performance metrics.
• Interface with clients to define user requirements and discuss status.
