Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation is seeking an AWS Business Analyst to support cloud service operations, billing analysis, and process improvements for government customers. A Secret clearance is required, and the candidate will bridge AWS cloud capabilities with client business objectives.

The role involves managing CSP invoices, funding tracking, and proposals, with collaboration across internal teams and federal clients to ensure accurate billing and business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a related Information Technology field.
• At least three (3) years of experience writing technical documents.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a client-facing role; federal clients preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collect CSP invoice documents and detailed billing reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly CSP usage reports for program offices and stakeholders using AWS Cost Explorer and CUR.
• Track contract funding balances and billing periods to ensure compliance and financial accountability.
• Price customer requests using AWS pricing calculators and other tools as needed.
• Participate in CSP and acquisition proposal content development as needed.
• Manage MOA documentation, including creation, tracking, and updates.
• Help build and improve business processes, workflows, and data collection methods.
