Qualifications
- 8+ years IT apps/coding in large orgs (payor/healthcare)
- 3+ years of management/leadership experience
- Advanced experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, AKS, SQL, Data Factory, Synapse)
- Expert with Visual Studio, AI-assisted dev, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI services
- Experience leading enterprise QA automation at scale
- Advanced experience with low-code platforms (Pega, Salesforce, Sitecore) and EA patterns
- Healthcare payor industry experience incl. Medicare/Medicaid governance
Responsibilities
- Own Claims Custom Solutions portfolio including adjudication, payment integrity, and provider reimbursement.
- Govern solution intake, prioritization, funding, and lifecycle across claims solutions.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Health Plans to identify problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive AI-enabled claims automation, decision support, anomaly detection, and operational intelligence.
- Establish KPIs for inventory reduction, auto-adjudication, and processing efficiency.
- Oversee Forward Deployed Engineers building apps on Azure to meet business objectives.
