Job summary

Case Systems in Midland, MI is seeking an IT Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support business applications, automations, and data-driven solutions using C#, .NET, Python, SharePoint Online, and Azure.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to build APIs across ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, and to deploy AI-driven capabilities with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot. A 3+ year software development background and a BS in CS or related field are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, Visual Studio.
• Experience with SQL Server and database development.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Azure services.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software using C#, .NET, and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and support automation and data integration with Python.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites and workflows.
• Create Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot integrations.
• Configure and support Azure cloud services and Azure AI Foundry environments.
• Develop APIs and data connections between ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Support AI initiatives, including AI agents and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to drive digital transformation and process improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data-driven applications.
• Troubleshoot and document development standards and procedures.
