Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions for enterprise use. The role focuses on C#/.NET Core, Azure native services, and AI platforms, working with cross‑functional teams on secure, scalable cloud apps and intelligent workflows.

The position supports Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, AI agents, and Copilot Studio integrations, with full lifecycle development from requirements through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise application development, AI implementation, or cloud engineering.
• Ability to work independently on complex production issues and propose remediations.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Define needs for AI‑enabled solutions, automation, and collaboration tech.
• Gather requirements and design scalable, secure AI applications.
• Lead development in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Develop cloud‑native apps on Azure using Web Apps, Functions, and Durable Functions.
• Implement event‑driven patterns with Azure Service Bus and messaging.
• Build AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Create secure APIs and backend services integrating with Azure SQL and data stores.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Ensure governance, security controls, monitoring, and documentation.
