Job summary

Trans Skills is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer and solutions architect to lead technical discovery and design secure, scalable AI architectures using the Microsoft cloud stack.

You will build production-grade demonstrations, own the RFP technical workstream, and articulate trade-offs to executives. Strong English communication and deep expertise in enterprise AI patterns are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience across software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering or enterprise solution consulting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building generative AI solutions with large language models, including enterprise RAG and AI agents.
• Experience delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions beyond proof-of-concept with production engineering, security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with client business, data, security and technology stakeholders.
• Convert business priorities into qualified AI use cases, requirements and delivery approach.
• Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures for generative AI and related AI-enabled applications.
• Build working demonstrations, accelerators and proof-of-concepts with production-relevant patterns.
• Own the technical workstream of RFPs and proposals including architecture, scope, estimates and delivery risks.
• Define RAG, grounding, memory, orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns for each use case.
• Assess model and platform choices for quality, latency, security and data residency; explain trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.
• Present solutions in workshops and bid presentations; respond to questions from EA, cybersecurity and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with account, industry and delivery teams to shape opportunities and reusable assets.
