Job summary

Dotsolved Systems is seeking an AI Architect to lead the technical design for a billing modernization program. You will craft the architecture for on-premises and Azure deployments, and lead the AI agent that reads customer usage reports from emails and documents.

You will collaborate with a US-based solution architect, an offshore engineer, and client IT/finance teams to plan migration, ensure validation, and hand over to support. Strong writing and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in software or solution architecture, with 2+ years building AI/LLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure OpenAI, App Service/Functions, Azure SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Experience extracting data from PDFs, Excel and other documents and measuring accuracy against a test set.

Responsibilities

• Design the target architecture for the modernized on-premises and Azure deployments.
• Take over and enhance an AI agent that reads usage reports from documents.
• Set up AI-assisted development tools and review generated code for quality.
