Abbott Label in Arizona is seeking a 2nd Shift Flexo Operator to operate and set up Flexo presses, run jobs efficiently, and assist in quality control in the pressroom. Requires experience with Mark Andy printing equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The role includes maintaining equipment, performing routine maintenance, and drafting production reports while ensuring a clean workspace and timely completion of production totals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Mark Andy Printing equipment is a MUST.
• Experience in Narrow Web Printing Industry preferred.
• Vocational/technical training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of printing machines.
• Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
• Determines quantities required for print job.
• Aligns and configures machinery.
• Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
• Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
• Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
