This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients in accordance with established policies. Direct patient care will be provided to a diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. Pharmacists will engage in rotational shifts that may include day, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays.
There are pathways for career growth from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist based on experience and clinical responsibilities. Advanced Practice Pharmacists will serve as clinical pharmacists for both inpatient and outpatient departments and will be responsible for specialized pharmacy-based clinics. This role includes the analysis of clinical services to develop programs that ensure the highest quality of care.

All candidates must submit to fingerprinting clearance prior to commencement of employment. A Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. Candidates must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted pharmacist license and have at least two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist, including one year as a Clinical Pharmacist.
