Job summary

Tuba City Regional is seeking an AZ-based OP Pharmacist for Echo Cliffs. This travel assignment runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 40 scheduled hours and a 13-week duration.

You will deliver comprehensive medication management and patient care across age groups, under TLC Staffing guidance. Requirements include a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, valid state license, BLS, and 3+ years as a registered pharmacist (1+ year as clinical).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice Pharmacy in a State/Territory or DC.
• Current valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist, with at least one (1) year as a Clinical Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients.
• Ensure adherence to policies in delivering consistent patient care across various demographics.
• Engage in direct patient care and provide pharmaceutical care across neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Participate in the advancement of care quality through clinical pharmacy services and specialized clinics.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and administer policies and procedures.

Assignment Details

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.

• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
