Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AZ Medical Only Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Medical Only workers' compensation claims in the state of Arizona.

Compensation

• $55,000 to $65,000 Annual base salary (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Medical Only AZ workers' compensation claims
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claim validity and accurately assess damages
• Collaborate with legal and medical professionals, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure effective claims resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, employers, and other involved parties
• Comply with all state regulations and company policies while adhering to best practices in claims management
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior adjusters as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, with a focus on AZ claims
