Job summary

FM Industries in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regular Full-Time Facilities Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work across buildings and equipment. You will help fix machines, maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and oversee basic refurbishing tasks.

The role requires hands-on ability, basic math, and strong communication. You will prioritize service requests, conduct inspections, and collaborate with a variety of teams while following safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years facilities experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and math.
• Basic working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
• Self-directed, well organized, and motivated.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and perform service requests in a timely manner
• Perform regular inspections of the property
• Interact with a wide range of people and be personable and trustworthy

• Must be willing to perform any task that is required (i.e., janitorial, gardening, etc.)
• Install Shop Air Drops, Electrical Drops, and Network Drops
• Routine pest control maintenance

Regular Full-Time Technical Phoenix, AZ, US

Location: 2635 E. Magnolia Street, Phoenix, AZ

Hours: 1st shift, Mon to Fri 6:00am to 230pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm

DESCRIPTION:

The Facilities Technician will complete general maintenance and repair work, as well as help fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings. They may paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, network, and air-conditioning and heating systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
