ReadyLIFT is seeking a dependable Axle Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Ogden, Utah. The role focuses on final assembly, gearing, inspection, and prep of automotive axle assemblies used in aftermarket suspension and off-road applications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, attention to detail, and can work with precision tools. Experience with axle gearing, differential assembly, and drivetrain components is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with automotive/mechanical components.
• Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of axle housings, differentials, shafts, bearings, seals, and related components.
• Install ring and pinion gear sets and set gear backlash and preload.
• Inspect components and ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
• Use torque wrenches and precision instruments to verify correct assembly.
