This role requires certification or active progress toward certification, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime. You must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble axles and axle components per customer specifications.
• Measure and verify axle/part specifications for accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and shop floor guidelines to produce high-quality products.
• Report shortages or substitutions to the supervisor.
• Adhere to schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Rework axles as required.
