Job summary

Innosoft is seeking an AWS-based Solutions Architect to develop technical solutions and implement them in our AWS environment. You will lead the design, development, and writing of the technical approach for priority government proposals and map requirements to Innosoft capabilities.

You will manage technical teams, produce reusable framework content, and ensure proposal compliance. A strong background in AWS, federal contracting, and Shipley practices is required, with excellent written

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years designing and implementing systems in AWS.
• 5+ years in federal contracting for IT services across multiple agencies.
• 5+ years in RFP solutioning with knowledge of CMS, ED, VA, IRS, HHS.
• Strong familiarity with government business domain and commercial solutions.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and writing of technical approach for priority proposals.
• Interpret and map federal solicitations to AWS-based solutions.
• Manage technical teams across varied skill sets to develop proposals and POCs.
• Develop reusable content and BOE to support pricing.
• Write and review technical proposal content and act as volume lead.
• Lead content reviews and ensure compliance and improvements.
