Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented leader to manage a global sourcing and supply chain team focused on AWS Networking Infrastructure.

You will drive operational support, performance management, supplier development, and lifecycle management of key AWS compute and networking self-build products, partnering with Engineering, Finance, Legal and capacity teams. The role emphasizes strategic procurement roadmaps, executive relationships with suppliers, and data-driven vendor

Qualifications

10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed environments.
Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
Strong strategic thinking about business, enterprise software, and new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Establish category sourcing strategies for Networking Infrastructure.
Drive and own executive relationships with suppliers.
Develop category expertise across industry sub-categories and supply bases.
Analyze category details to ensure continuity of supply and exploit opportunities.
Influence suppliers’ roadmaps, design, and policies to benefit Amazon.
Lead complex and cross-functional projects.
