Amazon Web Services (AWS) Specialist Solutions Architect for Messaging Services is a technologist who designs scalable, resilient architectures using SQS, SNS, MQ, and related services to solve complex customer challenges.

You will guide migrations from on‑premises brokers to AWS managed messaging, compare managed vs self‑hosted options, and develop reference patterns for pub/sub and point‑to‑point integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience designing or operating messaging and event-driven systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for messaging across AWS customers worldwide.
• Design and validate architectures using SQS, SNS, MQ and related services.
• Guide customers migrating from on-premises brokers to AWS managed messaging services.
• Develop reference architectures and best practices for pub/sub and event-driven scenarios.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Create technical content and enablement materials for broader SA population.
