Collabera is seeking an IAM Engineer with AWS experience to design and implement robust identity solutions in a multi-location banking environment. The role focuses on secure AWS identity architectures, policies, and collaboration with AI platform teams to embed identity into new AI products.

Office-based roles require in-person coordination in major hubs. The candidate will work on architecture discussions, access controls, and governance across AWS environments to support a 12-18 month

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS IAM and policy design.
• Hands-on implementation of identity systems and access controls.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud security best practices and IAM governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
• Secure application and workload identities within AWS.
• Partner with AI platform teams to integrate identity into new AI products.
• Review and improve access controls across AWS environments.
• Support authentication and authorization requirements for AI applications.
• Build foundational AWS identity architecture for new platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions around emerging AI use cases.
