Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking an AWS GovCloud Administrator to support the Government customer at Quantico, VA. The role involves administering the Manpower Information Portal and Manpower Cloud Services within AWS GovCloud, with emphasis on security, cost optimization, and CI/CD support.

The candidate will ensure compliance with DoD standards, manage serverless services, and implement disaster recovery strategies while operating on government-secured equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect, Developer, System Administrator, Development Operations Professional.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and Tier 3 clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud-native applications in AWS GovCloud.
• Implement and manage AWS serverless services (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway).
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity with backups and cross-region replication.
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and optimization recommendations for AWS GovCloud.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for the MIP and MCS environments.
• Provide CM subject matter expertise for cloud infrastructure.
