Tripoint Solutions LLC is hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage AWS GovCloud infrastructure for a federal education program. You will collaborate with cloud, Salesforce, integration, and data teams to keep environments secure, available, and compliant.

Remote work is available; relocation is not provided. You will provision and secure AWS services, build data integrations, automate pipelines with Python, and support security standards, RMF/ATO, and vulnerability remediation on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or operations.
• Hands-on AWS GovCloud experience.
• Hands-on AWS across compute, storage, networking, and identity (VPC design, subnets, routing, peering, Route 53, load balancing, VPN/Direct Connect).
• Experience integrating AWS with Salesforce and hands-on MuleSoft experience.
• Hands-on AWS Glue experience.
• Proficiency with IAM policy design, KMS, and least-privilege access models.
• Linux system administration.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Cloud security principles and hardening practices.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
• Salesforce or MuleSoft certification.
• Risk Management Framework/ATO support, STIG, vulnerability scanning (ACAS/Nessus).
• Monitoring/observability with CloudWatch or Splunk.

Mansioni

• Provision, configure, and operate AWS GovCloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, VPCs, subnets, security groups, Route 53).
• Build and support integrations between AWS and Salesforce, including MuleSoft interfaces.
• Build and maintain AWS Glue pipelines moving data securely between sources.
• Implement S3 lifecycle, tiering, and retention policies.
• Secure RDS and data services with least-privilege access, encryption, and network isolation.
• Implement and maintain IAM policies, KMS key management, and secrets management.
• Integrate automated security scanning and continuous monitoring into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support STIG, RMF/ATO activities and vulnerability remediation on contractual timelines.
• Maintain deployment runbooks, rollback procedures, and change control artifacts.
• Automate operational tasks using Python.
