Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an AWS Full Stack Java Developer to support enterprise applications in a large financial services context.

The role spans backend, web, CMS, CRM, cloud, and AI initiatives, building Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, modern web apps, and Salesforce/Drupal integrations. You will contribute to AWS cloud deployments, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and production support with opportunities to leverage Generative AI and IBM Watson.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience developing and supporting applications in AWS cloud environments; AWS Bedrock experience highly desirable.
• Strong Drupal development experience, preferably with Drupal 9, 10, or 11, including custom modules, integrations, and content workflows.
• Front end development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience with Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of enterprise application integration, API development, authentication, and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Support development, modernization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications within a large financial services environment.
• Work across backend, web, content management, CRM, cloud, and emerging AI technologies.
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs, develop modern web applications, support Drupal and Salesforce solutions, and integrate applications with enterprise platforms and external services.
• Contribute to cloud deployments, CI/CD automation, application monitoring, and production support in an AWS heavy environment.
• Implement Generative AI and conversational AI capabilities using technologies such as AWS Bedrock and IBM Watson.
