Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Full Stack Software Engineer to design and implement cloud-native applications across multiple .NET and Java ecosystems.

You will build RESTful services, microservices, and data-driven features on AWS using Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS. Ideal candidates combine strong Java/Spring Boot and Python backend skills with frontend Angular experience, and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot development.
• Python backend experience.
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Hands-on AWS deployment experience.
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS.
• Strong REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent-based workflows.
• AI-driven code generation, testing, and reviews experience.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Git, automated testing frameworks.
• Mentoring or guiding junior developers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack apps using Java/Spring Boot, Python, and Angular.
• Build cloud-native apps on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and distributed components.
• Incorporate AI/GenAI tools into development workflows.
• Work with LLM APIs and agent-based workflows to automate tasks.
• Use AI-assisted development for code generation, testing, reviews.
• Participate in peer reviews and maintain code quality, performance, security.
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on.
