Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer to support enterprise financial services applications. You will develop full stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and Python in AWS-heavy environments, with GenAI assisted development and AI tooling.

You will collaborate in an Agile setting, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and reliability initiatives while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and Python.
• Build and support cloud native applications and services within AWS heavy environments.
• Work with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Develop and support APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed application components.
• Use GenAI and AI assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and LLM based solutions, to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Apply LLMs and agent based/agentic workflows where appropriate to automate development tasks and enhance application capabilities.
• Create unit and automated tests and participate in peer and AI assisted code reviews.
• Translate business and functional requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Work closely with developers, product partners, and other stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
• Mentor less experienced developers while remaining actively involved in hands on development and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and application reliability practices.
