Job summary

System One is seeking an AWS Full Stack Java Developer to support enterprise applications in a large financial services environment. The role covers backend, web, CMS, CRM, cloud, and AI, building Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs, modern web apps, and Drupal/Salesforce integrations.

The position operates in an AWS-heavy setting with CI/CD, monitoring, and production support in a hybrid onsite/remote model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience in AWS cloud environments; AWS Bedrock experience desirable.
• Strong Drupal development experience with Drupal 9/10/11, custom modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript and one of Angular/React/Vue.
• Salesforce development including LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Flows.
• Enterprise integration, API development, authentication, and secure development practices.
• Oracle SQL/PLSQL with stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience implementing Generative AI or conversational AI; AWS Bedrock and IBM Watson a plus.
• AEM or similar CMS experience is beneficial.
• Ability to support production apps across layers; Agile/Scrum experience; regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.

• Work across backend, web, content management, CRM, cloud, and emerging AI technologies.
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs; develop modern web apps; support Drupal and Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms and external services.
• Contribute to cloud deployments, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and production support in an AWS heavy environment.
• Implement Generative AI and conversational AI capabilities using AWS Bedrock and IBM Watson.
