Job summary

GrowthTech Solutions is seeking an AWS Engineer in Provo, UT, to transform vague tech requests into precise, scalable systems. You will own critical Terraform components, collaborate across product and design, and build robust backend services with Load Balancing and Splunk to meet exact requirements.

Candidates bring 4+ years of tech experience, comfort making technology decisions in Utah, and a proven ability to deliver in remote setups.

Qualifications

4 years that taught you which corners can be cut.
At least 3 years building expertise within the technology space.
Comfort owning technology decisions in a UT market.
Track record of agile delivery in a remote structure.
Working knowledge of Facilitation alongside transferable Splunk chops.
A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself.

Responsibilities

Own the Terraform Associate subsystem that GrowthTech Solutions depends on.
Collaborate with product and design to ship features end to end.
Design, build, and maintain backend services using Load Balancing and Splunk.
Set Load Balancing coding standards for the team.
Catch ECS race conditions during Provo peak traffic.
Untangle dependency knots that slowed Provo releases.
Read facilitation stack traces and trace bugs to root causes.
Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within GrowthTech Solutions.
